These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the User") and bet393 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at bet393.biz, including sports betting, casino games, card games, slots and any related features or promotions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of bet393, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use bet393 and should close your browser immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the full framework of rules applicable to your use of bet393.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To use any real-money service on bet393, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on bet393. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device combinations — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You must register using your own name — account sharing, gifting or transferring of accounts is not permitted.

• bet393 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.
• Accounts registered by third parties on behalf of another person, or accounts used by anyone other than the registered holder, are not permitted.

bet393 is intended for use by adults residing in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. The platform is specifically oriented towards users in Pakistan. It is your responsibility — not bet393's — to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any laws applicable in your own location.

You are not eligible to register or use bet393 if:

• You are under 18 years of age.
• You have previously been self-excluded from bet393 or had an account closed for rule violations.
• You are acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, another person.
• You are an employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of bet393 or any of its technology, software or payment partners.
• Your use of the platform is prohibited by applicable local law.

bet393 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed or where the platform reasonably suspects a violation of these conditions. This decision is final unless successfully appealed through the support channel within 14 days.

All financial transactions on bet393 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. No other payment methods are accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier — these are displayed at the time of transaction within your account dashboard.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original source.

• Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 banking hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 minutes in most cases.
• bet393 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider's own charges, if any, are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the same account, as a security measure.

All bets placed on bet393 are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the relevant betting page. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

From time to time, bet393 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and accumulator boosts to eligible users. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before participating. The general rules below apply to all bet393 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible users only. bet393 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its discretion.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts completing their first deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount (unless a specific promotion states otherwise) before any withdrawal can be processed from the associated balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering progress expire after this period.
• Attempting to exploit promotions through arbitrage betting, value extraction strategies or manipulation of multiple accounts will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and related winnings, and potential account closure.
• bet393 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

bet393 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, a means of resolving debt, or a compulsive habit. We provide the following tools to help users maintain control of their betting activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts directly from your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at defined intervals to remind you how long you have been active on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications summarising your net betting position over a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you cannot access any bet393 service.

bet393 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or exploitation of bonuses or software vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets as part of a coordinated scheme with other users to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or matched betting).
• Using automated betting software, bots or any programmatic method to interact with the platform.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour directed at bet393 staff or other users.

If your account is closed due to a rule violation, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, genuine funds will be returned via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of rule-breach closure.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support at support@bet393.biz. The remaining real-money balance will be returned within 5 business days via the last used withdrawal method.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bet393 and will result in immediate account action:

All content on the bet393 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the exclusive property of bet393 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet393 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any content from bet393 without express written permission.

bet393 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Internet connectivity issues on the user's side.
• In-play betting decisions made based on delayed score or odds data outside our control.
• Losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions — bet393 does not provide betting advice.
• Unauthorised access to an account caused by the user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet393's total liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the bet393 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. bet393 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities only where necessary for the operation of the platform or compliance with legal obligations.

When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the email or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
